By Molecule, we take great pride in ensuring that you, as our customer, feel that you receive the necessary information before your purchase, and that the product you receive is in accordance with your order and of high quality.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and you will get your money back, as long as the product has not suffered damage or lost value and as long as you return the product within the 30-day return period (this applies unless another period is stated at the time of sale).

 

If you unexpectedly receive a defective product, please contact our support immediately. Our support will then help you create a complaint so that you can have the product exchanged or otherwise will be reimbursed.

30-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

 

  
How to start a return:

 

1.    Pack your products neatly with the hang tag facing up, and return them in the clear plastic bag you received them in. There can only be one product in each clear plastic bag, and it must be the one you received it in, as we use the barcode on the bag in the returns process.

 

2.    Fill out the return form that you received with your order. If you are missing the return form, you can find it further down this page, under FAQ.

 

3.    You then place the products and return form in the shipping bag or cardboard box you received your order in. If you have opened your shipment correctly, the box/black bag can be used again for the return shipment. You are of course also welcome to use your own packaging, however, you must make sure that it is properly packaged so that the product is not damaged when it is returned.

 

4.    Now place the return label you received with your order on the return package. It is a good idea to place it on top of the label that is already there, so that the previous one is hidden and there is no confusion at the post office.

 

5.    Now drop off your package at your local UPS shop. You are of course also welcome to use your own label with other freight forwarders.

 

 

Correct packaging of returns to Molecule:

You receive your order in a packaging box that is manufactured to be reusable for return shipping. You can also choose your own packaging, if you ensure that the shipment is properly and securely wrapped so that your return goods do not suffer damage during shipping.

Shipping costs and handling fee for returns:

When you return all or part of your order from the UK, this is quite cost full. You will be charged £15 for shipping costs and £20 for a handling fee. So, in total you will be charged £35 before your refund is paid, regardless of how much or how little you return to us.

We have been made aware that some of our customers outside the EU have chosen to sell the Molecule products they have mistakenly ordered to friends/family or for online sales to avoid these high costs of return. We therefore recommend that you consider very carefully whether you want to return the goods to Molecule, when you are only sending 1 or 2 items back, or whether it would be more profitable for you to sell them yourself.

 

Shipping service

Molecule use UPS as the shipping carrier for UK. You will receive a UPS return label with your products that can be used for return to Molecule in Denmark.

You are always welcome to use a different shipping service for your return package, but we recommend that you use the one assigned to you at Molecule, as we can better assist you if something happens to your shipment during the return shipment.

 

If you use a shipping service other than the one assigned to you by Molecule, you are responsible for the cost. If you use a shipping service other than Molecule, we recommend that you ALWAYS use a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

If you use your own shipping service and not the return label given from Molecule you will of course not be deduced for the £15 for shipping costs. Then only the handling fee will be deduced in your refund

 

Refund process:

When your return has been received by Molecule, you will receive a notification that the package has been received. You can also track your package via the track and trace number you receive when you send the shipment. Your return shipment will be processed within 14 days, but usually faster.

Once your return has been processed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. If we are unable to approve your return, you will also be notified.

 

Our finance department will process your return payment after we have reviewed the returned items, and a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. The amount is finally refunded within 10 business days, usually sooner.

 

 

Return that’s not approved, may be caused by the following reasons:

 

 

 

Refunds are rejected if:

 

• Gift cards are not refundable.

 

•   Goods returned after the 30-day exchange period (this applies unless a different period is stated at the time of sale).

 

•      Goods that have been used, damaged or have lost value.

 

 

Complaint / claim

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@molecule.dk with details and pictures of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
