HOW TO DO A RETURN FROM UK?
You always have 30 days to return all or part of your purchase to us. The 30 days start from the day you receive your order from us.
You will get a refund for the items that you have returned.
Be aware that its quite cost full to return from UK, and you therefore can end up with a very little refund then shipping and handling are deduced. (Please read Return & Refund Policy UK for more information’s)
£15 for shipping costs
£20 for a handling fee.
So, in total you will be charged £35 before your refund is paid, regardless of how much or how little you return to us.
If you want to get a different product (model, size, colour) than the one you ordered, you will have to make a new purchase. We do not make the exchange together with the returned products.
All you must do is this:
1. Pack your products neatly with the hang tag facing up, and return them in the clear plastic bag you received them in. There can only be one product in each clear plastic bag, and it must be the one you received it in, as we use the barcode on the bag in the returns process.
2. Fill out the return form that you received with your order. I
f you don't have the return form, you can always contact our support team for help and they will help you to get a new one
3. Place the products and return form in the shipping bag or cardboard box you received your order in.
If you have opened your shipment correctly, the box/black bag can be used again for the return shipment. You are of course also welcome to use your own packaging, however, you must make sure that it is properly packaged so that the product is not damaged when it is returned.
4. Attach the return label that you received with your order to your return package.
It is a good idea to put it on top of the label that is already there, so that the previous one is hidden and there is no confusion at the post office.
If you don't have the returnlabel you can always contact our support team for help and they will help you to get a new one. Be aware that the cost for the returnlabel will be deduces in your refund.
5. Drop off your package at your local UPS store.
You are of course also welcome to use your own label with other shipping carriers, but be aware that we are not able to help you to track the package or to find it if / get you a refund its lost in the shipping.

If you haven't got your return form you can always contact our supportteam who can send you a new one by mail.

Please write a mail to our support: support@molecule.dk and they can send you a label you can print out.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT UPON RETURN?
With the return label provided by Molecule, you can always track your return shipment. Once you have submitted your package, you will receive an SMS and/or mail from GLS/UPS that they have received your package. You will also receive a track and trace number so you can follow your shipment until it reaches us.
If you use the label you received from Molecule, we are always able to help you with your shipment if it unexpectedly gets damaged or lost in the mail. Shipments with other carriers are at your own risk.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
If you wish to return an item, please note that this must be done within the specified period.
Orders received after the return deadline may be rejected. If you wish to have your order returned in connection with a rejection, you will be responsible for the costs for that.
When we receive your package, we will act as soon as possible. You can expect a handling time of up to 14 days with returns, but we are often faster.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM?
If you want to get a different product (model, size, colour) than the one you ordered, you will have to make a new purchase we do not make the exchange together with the returned products
TIME FOR CANCELATION
When your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier it is not possible to stop it. It will then be sent for you, and you then have 30 days for the return.
If you regret your purchase within the specified period and send the goods back to us, you will of course get your money back.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I WANT TO CANCELE MY ORDER?
Once we have processed your refund, it may take up to 10 banking days before you can see the amount in your account. We will send you a mail once we have processed your refund.
Within the EU, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. However, the amount will be deduced the costs of your return shipping if you use the given return label from Molecule.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We will withhold payment until we have received the returned item.
