SHIPPING POLICY - UK

 

Molecule Clothing ships packages worldwide - both EU and non-EU countries, including, but not limited to: Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, USA, UK and Canada.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

 

EU countries: 1-3 business days.

Non-EU countries: 2-5 business days.

 

The estimated shipping times are given in accordance with the current agreements we have with the shipping carrier. Molecule Clothing cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in contacting the shipping carrier in the event of any delays.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

 

We offer shipping with the following carriers: GLS and UPS

GLS is primarily used for Denmark and other countries nearby EU markets, where UPS is primarily offered for non-EU markets as UK.

All packages are shipped with tracking.

 

 

SHIPPING PRICES

 

We always try to offer the most attractive shipping prices possible.

However, prices may vary continuously as our shipping agreements change with the forwarder. Based on what you have in your cart at checkout, we always show the current shipping price for your package.

 

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES IN DK & EU

 

All products you order from us are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.

Therefore, all VAT rates and taxes are included in the prices on the web shop. You will not be charged any extra or hidden fees when you purchase.

 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES FOR GREENLAND & THE FAROE ISLANDS

Both Greenland and the Faroe Islands have close ties to the EU but are not members of the EU, which is why packages from Denmark to these areas must be cleared through customs, and you as a customer therefore can be charged import duties and handling fees before your package can be delivered.

 

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES (FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS)

 

Please note that handling and import duties may apply if you are making your purchase outside the EU.

We encourage you to understand your local laws on this subject so that you are best placed to avoid additional charges when purchasing items from EU companies. Otherwise, you may end up having to pay import and/or customs duties before you can receive your package.
