GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making purchases at At the same time , Molecule Clothing ApS accepts the conclusion of an agreement. You will find the various conditions for purchase divided into different categories here on this page.

In connection with a purchase on the site, this agreement must be approved in connection with the review of the purchase under the point "PLACE ORDER", where you must tick "I have read and accept the webshop's Terms and Conditions " to complete the purchase.

RESERVATION OF AMOUNTS

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or

2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

FEES

We do not charge card fees and all payments will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After this, you must pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends. ViaBill finances purchases of up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

EXCHANGE, COMPLAINT AND RETURN OF GOODS

EXCHANGE OF ITEM WHEN PURCHASED IN DENMARK

When exchanging the product for other models/sizes etc., the buyer pays for the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING, which then bears the cost of sending the requested product. In this way, the cost is shared equally between the parties.

EXCHANGE OF ITEM WHEN PURCHASED IN OTHER COUNTRIES
When exchanging the product for other models/sizes etc., the buyer pays for the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order is then canceled and the amount for the purchase minus the shipping costs of the original purchase is returned to the buyer's account. The buyer must then make a new purchase and cover costs for the freight again.

Exchanges/returns are handled once a week to both Denmark and other countries, which is why it takes a maximum of 14 days from the time we receive your return package until it is sent back from us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return/right of cancellation (unless otherwise stated under special offers - e.g. Christmas sales with longer right of return).

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@molecule.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

As a customer, you decide which shipping provider you want to use, but you can advantageously buy a parcel label for GLS for only DKK 45 by using the following link for a parcel label.

The buyer pays the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING themselves, however only DKK 45 when using the above link.

REMEMBER when exchanging: To enclose a handwritten note or delivery note/invoice and to indicate:

The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

SECURE PAYMENT

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - EXAMPLE WITH DANKORT
Whether you pay with Dankort (or other approved credit cards) on the Internet, via postal and telephone orders or whether you take the card with you to physical stores makes no difference. It is the same transaction that happens.

MODE OF OPERATION
The overall way it works is that the information from the Dankort is transported via the Internet when a payment is made. This actually applies regardless of whether the payment relates to Internet trade, mail and telephone orders or from sales in physical stores.

SECURITY VIA ENCRYPTION
The Dankort information is transported encrypted with 128 bit SSL between you and Quickpay. The information from a Dankort is thus encrypted in a browser that supports SSL. The encryption ensures that unauthorized persons cannot eavesdrop on your information and thus secures you and your payment.

After receiving the Dankort information, the information is forwarded to Clearhaus, which makes the actual draw on your Dankort. Payment with Dankort will appear on your next account statement from the bank. It's simple, it's safe and it's the same technical procedure as normal trading in physical stores with Dankort machines.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
No personal information registered with MOLECULE CLOTHING is ever sold to third parties. All information is stored securely.

The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name for a file that is saved on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the "Functions" menu and the "Internet settings" menu item.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is stored at MOLECULE CLOTHING in a way so that you can later log in and see/change the status via MY ACCOUNT.

In addition, we register the IP address from which purchase is made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You can also optionally have your email address added to a mailing list at MOLECULE CLOTHING, so that you regularly receive news and other information from MOLECULE CLOTHING. This service can be registered and unregistered at any time as desired.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
