TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a purchase from MOLECULE CLOTHING, you agree to our terms and conditions. The terms are listed as follows on this page, separated into categories.
In order to make a purchase on our website, you must agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the box “I have read and accept the webshop’s Terms and Conditions” when checking out.

MOLECULE CLOTHING accepts payment with the following:

- Visa Electron
We do not charge credit card fees. All payments will only be deducted from your account when your package has been shipped. When issuing a purchase with ViaBill you will receive your package first, after which you will be billed on the 20th of every month. If you miss the monthly due date, a fee of DKK 39 will be added to the balance. If you cancel your purchase, the agreement with ViaBill will also be canceled. ViaBill will finance purchases for a total price of DKK 2,000 or lower. A purchase made over DKK 2,000 will be financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

MOLECULE CLOTHING encrypts all your payment information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This entails that unauthorized persons cannot read your credit card number or any other sensitive information during the transaction.
MOLECULE CLOTHING also uses “DanKort secured by Nets” for maximum security against theft and fraud.
DELIVERY IN DENMARK
MOLECULE CLOTHING uses GLS, Postnord and DHL Express as our delivery services. Location of delivery depends on whether you choose to deliver to your home or to a local parcel shop as per our shipping provider’s delivery options.
During this process when making your order, you, as a customer, have the opportunity to choose the desired delivery method and shipping provider.
DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
MOLECULE CLOTHING delivers with GLS, Postnord and DHL to your home or to a local parcel point store near the recipient.
MOLECULE CLOTHING items come with a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If your complaint is deemed appropriate and justified, depending on the given situation, you can either get your affected item repaired, exchanged, be granted a refund, or be given a discount for a future purchase.
The Sale of Goods Act does not cover defects, damage, or wear and tear, caused directly or indirectly by improper usage, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. You must make your complaint known within a “reasonable” amount of time after having uncovered a flaw in the product. Your declaration will be considered reasonable if you make your complaint within two months after having discovered the flaw.
If the complaint is appropriate and justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper and adequate packaging. Remember to include a receipt for the shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

TRADE, WARRANTY, AND ITEM RETURNS
ITEM EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES IN DENMARK
When exchanging an item for another model or size, the buyer covers the return shipping fee to MOLECULE CLOTHING, who holds the shipping cost of sending the desired item. In this way the expenses are shared equally between both parties.
ITEM EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
When exchanging an item for another model or size, the buyer covers the return shipping fee to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order is then canceled and, with shipping cost being deducted, the amount of the purchase is returned to the buyer’s account. The buyer must then make a new purchase and reimburse the shipping cost.
14 days full return/cancellation right is granted to the buyer (unless stated otherwise in conjunction with special offers such as Christmas sales, which have longer return policies).
The cancellation period expires after 14 days, which begin the day you received your purchased item. If you have ordered several different items in one order that are delivered individually, the expiration period begins from the day you receive the last item of your order.
The period infers that you have 14 days from receival of your order to let us know that you wish to return your purchase. You may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form which is found in our terms.
It is not possible to cancel the purchase by refusing to receive your item without notifying us through proper channels.
If you have purchased several items from our webshop and wish to return only some of them, you have the option to return one or more items, even when they are under the same order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping cost if you make partial cancellation.
After beginning your return process you have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. You must cover the return shipping costs yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during the transportation of your return shipment. Once the item has been received and approved for return, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to your account within a few days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For practical details, refer to TRADE, WARRANTY, AND ITEM RETURNS.

As the customer you may choose which shipping provider you use at your own discretion. You can, however, order a parcel label with GLS for only DKK 45 by using the following link to a parcel label.

The buyer covers the shipping cost to MOLECULE CLOTHING. However, the price is only DKK 45 when using the above link.
REMEMBER upon exchange to attach a handwritten note or invoice with the following information:
- Order number
- The new ITEM you use to exchange your old item for
The condition of the returned item
If the item you are returning has lost value due to improper usage and/or mishandling, you will only be refunded a portion of the amount that you spent purchasing the item. The partial refund amount depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases this may result in you only being refunded the shipping cost.
Upon cancellation of your purchase you will be refunded for the amount. If the returned item is impaired, an amount that makes up for the damage will be deducted from your refund.
All payments made in the respective purchase will be refunded, including delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional delivery fees in cases where a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one has been selected for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the day we have received your request to cancel the order.
We will refund the amount using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless agreed upon otherwise. We may withhold the refund process until we have received the returned item, unless you send us proof of documentation that you have returned the item.
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - DANKORT EXAMPLE
Whether you pay with Dankort, or other approved credit or debit cards, online, by mail, or by a telephone order, or if you take the credit/debit card into physical stores makes no difference. The nature of the transaction remains the same and all such instances are covered by these terms and conditions.
The overall process works as follows: the information from the Dankort (or other credit/debit card) is transferred via the internet whenever a payment is made. The same is true for other channels of payment, whether it be through mail, telephone orders, or from sales made in physical stores.
The information of your Dankort (or other cards) is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL encryption between you and Epay. The information from a Dankort is encrypted in such a way in a browser that supports SSL. The encryption secures your payment process and ensures that no unauthorized party can intercept your information.
Upon receival the Dankort information is forwarded to Nets, where the transaction takes place, withdrawing the amount of your respective purchase order. Payment with Dankort will appear in your bank statement. It is a simple and safe procedure, similar to how regular transactions take place in physical stores with Dankort machines.

No amount of personal information stored with MOLECULE CLOTHING will be sold to any third party at any time. All information is safely stored.
The webshop site uses “cookies” to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the term for a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to request your browser to remember the address information you enter for your next visit on any given webshop. If you ever want to delete this information, this can be done in the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done under the “Tools” menu, in the “Internet Settings” menu item.
During a purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email. These details are used exclusively for processing your order. We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the purchased items to you.
The information is transmitted electronically in an unencrypted format and stored for 5 years. The “contract” (purchase agreement) itself is stored with MOLECULE CLOTHING in such a way that lets you log in to your account and view/change your status through the MY ACCOUNT page.
We also register the IP address and location of where you made the purchase. This information is normally not put to any use, however it can be used in the event of an investigation by the authorities. All false purchases are reported to the police!
We also collaborate with a number of companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and they may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processing companies within the EU or in countries that store your information with adequate protection.
In addition, you have the option to have your email address listed on a mailing list at MOLECULE CLOTHING, which enables you to regularly receive store news and other information from MOLECULE CLOTHING. This service can be subscribed to and unsubscribed from at any time.
The data controller on molecule.dk is MOLECULE CLOTHING.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
In the event you find that we have inaccurate information about you, you have the right to have it corrected. We may be obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. Your reason for such a request may be because your information is no longer necessary for the purpose of which we needed it. MOLECULE CLOTHING uses Trustpilot and by making a purchase on the webshop you accept to get mails from Trustpilot in which you have the opportunity to rate our shop and your experience.
