If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or

2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.



We do not charge card fees and all payments will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After this, you must pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends. ViaBill finances purchases of up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Molecule Clothing ApS delivers with GLS, Postnord and DHL express. Delivery takes place on request either to the door or to a parcel shop/parcel point, depending on the freight provider's options.

During the order review, you as a customer have the opportunity to choose the delivery method and freight provider you find most appropriate.

It is expected that the freight provider will meet the chosen delivery deadline, however the delivery deadlines are indicative. Molecule Clothing ApS provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When exchanging the product for other models/sizes etc., the buyer pays for the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING, which then bears the cost of sending the requested product. In this way, the cost is shared equally between the parties.


When exchanging the product for other models/sizes etc., the buyer pays for the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order is then canceled and the amount for the purchase minus the shipping costs of the original purchase is returned to the buyer's account. The buyer must then make a new purchase and cover costs for the freight again.

Exchanges/returns are handled once a week to both Denmark and other countries, which is why it takes a maximum of 14 days from the time we receive your return package until it is sent back from us.


There is a 30-day full right of return/right of cancellation (unless otherwise stated under special offers - e.g. Christmas sales with longer right of return).

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.


Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.


Whether you pay with Dankort (or other approved credit cards) on the Internet, via postal and telephone orders or whether you take the card with you to physical stores makes no difference. It is the same transaction that happens.


The overall way it works is that the information from the Dankort is transported via the Internet when a payment is made. This actually applies regardless of whether the payment relates to Internet trade, mail and telephone orders or from sales in physical stores.


The Dankort information is transported encrypted with 128 bit SSL between you and Quickpay. The information from a Dankort is thus encrypted in a browser that supports SSL. The encryption ensures that unauthorized persons cannot eavesdrop on your information and thus secures you and your payment.

After receiving the Dankort information, the information is forwarded to Clearhaus, which makes the actual draw on your Dankort. Payment with Dankort will appear on your next account statement from the bank.
